Women of Rock Concert Raising Money for Catholic Charities

ST. CLOUD — You can rock out while raising money to support Catholic Charities in St. Cloud later this week.

Pioneer Place on Fifth is hosting “Love is in the Air,” a summer concert celebrating women of rock on Thursday.

The concert features Janelle Kendall’s Perfect Storm performing rock anthems from some legends including Aretha Franklin, Joan Jett, Pat Benatar, Melissa Etheridge, Alanis Morissette, and Heart.

The band’s members include Kendall, Mark Hasbrouck, Dan Witte, Mark Lewandowski, Matt Moline, Alex Kendall, Pat Curtoand Carolyn Yaggie-Heinen.

The concert starts at 7:00 pm and tickets are $25 for general admission seating. Funds raised will go to support the programs and services of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of St. Cloud.
